Creatunity LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategies, and ensure efficiency. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management and proficiency in using operations management software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational targets and objectives
• Oversee and monitor the performance of departments and teams
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Analyze and report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to management
