Requirements
- 5+ years in project or operations management within a marketing/service agency environment
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Comfortable with clients and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, billing, and HR platforms
- Proficiency in Go High Level, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Zapier, Airtable
Responsibilities
- Optimize and document key business processes so the team can focus on high-value work
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become a problem
- Schedule and lead quarterly and annual planning calls
- Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with company goals and values
- Create custom scorecards for team members and manage the performance review process
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation
- Onboard new hires and support a strong internal culture
- Handle client journey touchpoints, from onboarding to renewals, to boost satisfaction and retention
- Review and update internal templates to make sure everything stays current and on-brand
