Summary
Join WRS Health as their Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager and play a crucial role in streamlining revenue processes, systems, and strategies to drive business growth. This role involves aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations for smooth revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency. Experience in developing systems and processes, ideally within a dynamic B2B SaaS environment, is essential. This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability during standard US business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong proficiency in GTM systems and sales technology tools such as: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Marketo etc., with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a detailed revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, emphasizing the optimization of the customer journey and the attainment of revenue targets
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline revenue operations
- Analyze current revenue processes and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the management of HubSpot and revenue technology strategy to scale ahead of the business’ needs, ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full client journey and experience
- Analyze data to provide insights and regular reports as well as recommendations for revenue growth
- Develop KPIs and dashboards that help the revenue organization focus on revenue attainment and drivers
- Ensure the proper integration of systems to provide a cohesive operational framework
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications
- FP&A or finance background – a plus
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and practices
