Summary

They are looking for an Operations Manager who will help tie their systems together, ensuring the efficiency of the global team. The role involves driving the architecture of Laminar's systems for scalability and efficiency, developing oneself and the team, supporting cross-functional teams, standardizing usage of digital solutions, reporting and informing, designing and implementing systems and processes, and owning strategically critical projects.
Requirements
- Operations background in medium-sized organisations or start-ups where youβve managed the correct use of different digital solutions
- Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English
- A strong team leader that can be seen as highly reliable
- A track record of making organisations better beyond just doing the basics
Responsibilities
- Ensure the entire global team is operating efficiently by designing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving processes and systems
- Drive the architecture of Laminarβs systems to ensure optimal set up for scalability and efficiency
- Build or re-design new processes/systems to meet the evolving needs of Laminarβs business
- Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing systems, procedures, and best practices, improving how we operate
- Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well
- Standardise usage of our digital solutions, ensuring correct use across stakeholders and maximising value extracted from these apps
- Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver efficiently and effectively. Develop and monitor operational metrics, auditing our processes as required
- Document processes and keep the internal systems organised
- Drive the backbone of the business, by setting up new systems and upskilling our processes. Youβll help us do things in a better and more data-driven way
