Summary
The Operations Manager, Facilitation will lead and implement programs to drive the strategic goals and growth of the Facilitators at Sidebar, a private community of exceptional leaders. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, program development, metrics and analytics, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in program management, project management, educational content development, and/or a related role
- Demonstrated success in creating and deploying educational content across various formats and channels including visual asset creation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful completion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex topics into clear and concise messages
- Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Creative thinker and problem solver, capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals
Responsibilities
- Lead & implement programs that drive the strategic goals and growth of our Facilitators and the Sidebar community
- Improve Facilitatorβs productivity and performance, with efficient resource usage and deep focus on overall program and project execution
- Create, deploy, and monitor scaled programs aimed at empowering the Facilitation team to thrive
- Develop a deep understanding of the Sidebar community, identifying key growth opportunities through extensive data analysis and account management
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our Facilitators
- Regularly analyze data to refine strategies, improve content, and enhance the overall impact on Facilitator and member growth
- Lead end-to-end scaled programs, from ideation to deployment and assessment
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously evolve and enhance the programs
