Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of Operations Management experience
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Availability to work during US (EST) business hours

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
  • Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery

  • Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations
