Summary
Join Panoptyc, a rapidly growing, fully remote team revolutionizing loss prevention with visual AI, as a New Business Launch Operations Manager. Partner with an Account Executive to convert leads into pilot clients and operationalize those pilots for scale. You will build internal workflows, streamline handoffs, and establish new systems. This fast-paced role requires adaptability, quick learning, and structuring ambiguous situations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track progress, and continuously improve processes based on client feedback. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to shape a new business unit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, business launch, or program management roles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in fast-changing environments
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and learning quickly on the job
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Availability to work during US business hours
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an Account Executive to take qualified leads from interest to live pilots
- Build and manage onboarding workflows for new business line clients
- Operationalize pilot programs, ensuring consistent execution and customer experience
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions for workflows and systems
- Track and report progress across pilot accounts to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful pilot launches and transitions
- Set up automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive operational tasks
- Continuously iterate and improve based on client feedback and operational results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching a product or business line from scratch
- Comfort designing and implementing automation workflows
- Background in tech-enabled services or startups
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
- Experience in retail, logistics, or service-based business models
