Requirements

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations research, optimization, or a related role, preferably within the supply chain or logistics domain

Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop, validate, and maintain mathematical models and algorithms for optimizing supply chain operations
• Optimization & Simulation: Design and implement optimization and simulation tools to solve complex supply chain problems
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within supply chain processes
• Software Integration: Collaborate with software developers to integrate models and algorithms into our supply chain software platform
• Customer Support: Work with the customer support team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to optimization models and algorithms used by our clients
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in operations research, optimization, and supply chain management. Propose and implement improvements to existing models and processes
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation for models, algorithms, and software modules
• Project Management: Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope
