Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years product management experience in a growth stage SaaS business
• Experience with designing and delivering SaaS software products using agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product management skills
• Experience with data driven prioritisation and planning
• Experience with User Research, testing and measuring product health
• Basic understanding of software engineering
• Understanding of UX design principles
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to influence and drive consensus through the use of data
• Adaptable and flexible mindset

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and product team to translate the company’s strategic goals into innovative product features and functionalities
• Actively gather and integrate customer feedback into the product development process
• Manage the product backlog effectively, prioritising features and improvements that drive operational efficiency and streamline processes for energy retailers
• Identify and implement process improvements within the product development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market
• Support the company’s growth initiatives by localising products for new markets and ensuring compliance with local regulations and market conditions
• Collaborate with the engineering and QA teams to ensure that product deliverables meet high standards of quality and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in energy retail and/or pricing is highly advantageous
