Operations Support Representative

Summary

Join our team as a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to support eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels. This role involves creating digital packing slips, solving stocking PO tickets, sending email communication to vendors, making outbound phone calls as needed, and reviewing the condition of automotive products.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to learn and follow processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Active listener and good team collaborator
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• PC proficient

Responsibilities

• Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
• Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
• Send email communication to vendors as needed
• Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred
