Operations Trainee Intern

Summary

Join our team as an Operations Intern and help us drive the daily operation of a young and growing company. You will be responsible for analyzing behaviors and processes, generating recommendations to improve policies and processes, and identifying areas of opportunity to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Be a university student in their last year studying Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Administration
• Have a great analytical capacity
• Be interested in problem-solving and process efficiency
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a good level of Google Sheets and Excel usage. Basic knowledge of programming languages

Responsibilities

• Participate in the process operational conciliation of Xepelin's collection and disbursement, formulate recommendations for both processes, and execute them
• Monitor metrics, key performance indicators, and controls to ensure correct operationality and functionality of internal processes
• Execute periodic reviews to identify possible deviations and propose corrective solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interfunctional teams to improve processes
• Map flows in the operation to identify areas of opportunity
• Develop analyses focused on client behavior and its impact on daily operations
• Identify trends through data exploitation

Preferred Qualifications

• Be interested in the Fintech world
• Knowledge in basic programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Ability to face problems creatively
• Good communication skills
