Requirements

• You are completing a master’s degree in finance, management, engineering, IT, business studies or any related field
• You have strong interest in the consulting, financial services, technology and project management
• You can quickly grasp new topics and progressively gain autonomy in your assignments
• You are client-orientated and committed to high-quality and timely delivery in order to consistently meet deadlines
• You are a team player and appreciate a collaborative, diverse and international work environment
• You have good interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and peers
• You are fluent in English. French and/or another language will be considered as an asset

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects across the largest banks and financial services providers in Luxembourg
• Have the opportunity to develop your project management and consulting skills by playing a key role in the production of deliverables, preparing client presentations and actively participating in the success of our engagements
• Work on strategic projects delivering a range of consulting engagements including digital and business transformation, process design and business analysis, etc
• Work in highly collaborative and international teams
• Contribute internal projects to contribute to the ongoing development of the Luxembourg office
