Requirements

• Relevant experience
• Expertise in Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud applications and concepts
• Proficiency in BML and BMQL code to cover complex business use-cases
• Knowledge of the Solution Design/Technical Design, layout and configuration of the CPQ implementation and related applications
• Familiarity with CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation
• Hands-on experience in writing HLDs/LLDs
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project workload and delegate tasks appropriately
• Technically own project delivery, ensuring the team uses appropriate engineering practices and invests in continual improvement to tooling
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix development issues and roadblocks
• Hold the team accountable for high-quality deliverables and define code quality metrics
• Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Plan project dependencies to stay within the timeline and budget, escalating issues early
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and give constructive feedback during code reviews
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new developers
• Regularly provide insights and recommendations for process and methodology improvements
