Summary

Join Megaport's Global Revenue Operations team as a Manager, Sales Tools & Systems. This hands-on role involves driving improvements across the sales tech stack, leading system integrations, managing vendor relationships, and delivering scalable solutions supporting sales and go-to-market objectives. You will work closely with global stakeholders, including the Senior Director of Sales Ops, Chief Strategy Officer, Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, IT, and other business units. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, technical execution, project management skills, and deep expertise in Salesforce and adjacent sales systems. This is a critical role for someone who can translate strategic thinking into technical execution and project management. You will own and evolve the sales technology roadmap, lead system integrations, architect scalable processes, and partner with various teams to ensure tool usability and impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Business Systems – ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and strong working knowledge of the modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Gong, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
  • Demonstrated success in project managing system integrations and upgrades, including coordinating cross-functional delivery teams
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and renewal cycles
  • Ability to work independently and roll up your sleeves – comfortable digging into complex data sets, creating business cases, or building presentations for exec stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills – able to work across both technical (IT, Data) and commercial (Sales, Marketing, CX) teams
  • Strategic mindset with a detail-oriented approach – able to design systems that scale with the business

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the sales technology roadmap – assess current tools, identify gaps, and introduce scalable solutions that align with business priorities
  • Lead and manage system integrations between Salesforce CRM and sales technologies such as: Gong (conversation intelligence) ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting/enrichment) Seismic (content enablement) Chili Piper (meeting automation)
  • Architect scalable processes that improve productivity, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure tool usability, adoption, and impact
  • Lead platform governance – including user access, security, data consistency, and system compliance
  • Manage key vendor relationships and contracts – including renewals, evaluations, and budgeting
  • Design and maintain system documentation, workflows, data dictionaries, and training resources
  • Where applicable, coordinate a virtual or cross-functional team of admins, analysts, or contractors
  • Regularly track and report on system adoption, performance, and ROI, identifying areas for continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools, especially AI-driven GTM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CPQ, CLM, or related tools in the quote-to-cash proces
  • Global exposure or experience working across APAC, EMEA, or Americas regions
