Summary

Join CoreWeave as an Order Management Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting the order-to-cash process. You will ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, collaborating with various teams to maintain compliance and resolve discrepancies. This role involves reviewing and processing orders, verifying contract terms, and working with sales and finance teams. You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain accurate records, and support reporting efforts. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a related role in a B2B environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Review and process order forms, ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting; own the end to end process of booking a non-standard order
  • Verify that order details align with approved pricing, contract terms, and discounting guidelines
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and in our new CPQ solution
  • Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure and billing
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to the order management process to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining order management documentation and support reporting efforts related to revenue and bookings
  • Work with Finance to ensure our books are close on time and in accordance with audit expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment
  • Expertise in CPQ tools and subscription billing models
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts
