Responsibilities

• Develop and Lead Content Strategy: Set the vision and direction for Dutchie’s content marketing and organic channels
• Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content that reflects Dutchie’s voice
• Social Media Leadership: Drive the strategy and execution for Dutchie’s social media presence, fostering organic growth and engagement
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams to create content that meets the unique needs of our audiences
• Optimize for Impact: Use data to assess the effectiveness of content and organic marketing efforts
• Innovate and Experiment: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new platforms and content formats to keep Dutchie’s content fresh and engaging
• Gain valuable management experience: Oversee our social media intern and learn to manage and work with a team member to support your content strategy
