Join GR0 Agency as an Organic Strategist and develop, execute, and implement go-to-market strategies for clients across various retail media platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Collaborate with media buying and strategy teams to drive business growth. You will be responsible for brand strategy, platform expertise, project management, innovative strategy implementation, assortment management, organic metric analysis, demand forecasting, market research, cross-functional teamwork, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2-3 years of Amazon FBA experience, proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent preferred
- Overachiever & displays influential leadership skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand management role with the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and Ecommerce marketplaces and etailers
- Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child Variations
- Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data
- Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale
- Entrepreneurial, self starter seeking to grow our clients business and drive positive results
- Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail
- Great organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients
- Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts during executive summaries or QBRs
- Amazon tools/software experience: familiar with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Keepa, etc
- Knowledge about how marketing and performance affect the purchase funnel
- Near genius in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of design & catalog layouts, digital photography, graphic fundamentals, and typography
- Strong understanding of branding and the customer experience in reference to big and small brand accounts
- Ability to adjust quickly in fast paced environments without the expense of performance
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies on retail media platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and/or TikTok Shop
- Propose, develop and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to market approach
- Maintain a strong understanding of retail media best practices and platform-specific advertising features. Analyze brand performance and recommend strategies to grow business
- Exhibit excellent project management skills by utilizing tools like ClickUp to organize tasks, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery optimizations
- Identify and execute the marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, Affiliate, etc. to build awareness and improve conversion rate & rank
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary product descriptions and pricing. Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent with our website
- Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance. Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content and A/B testing
- Lead demand forecasting, developing accurate scenarios in collaboration with other internal functions and iterate these as demand and supply conditions evolve
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling on marketplace, eCommerce, and the digital industry to help stakeholders stay ahead of trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, support, and product teams to align advertising efforts with business goals
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing initiatives and outcomes
- Develop, mentor, and retain an exceptionally high performing Amazon team by providing leadership, support, and motivation to the team members
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple retail channels a plus: Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, Instacart, etc

- Total annual salary for this role is market competitive- $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurated with experience)
