You will scale performance marketing spend efficiently, shape Tala’s positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role demands a strong understanding of user acquisition and ASO creative metrics, a passion for working with creatives, and excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for creative ideation, execution, testing, and reporting, along with market intelligence analysis. The position supports creative production across multiple countries and requires an interest in global customer insights. Tala offers a remote-first approach with offices globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proven track record of developing and executing creatives that tie to successful performance marketing results
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in creative research tools, project management tools (e.g. Jira) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Looker, Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Research and pitch creative concepts
  • Choose creative vendors, work with artists to refine paid media and ASO creative concepts to maximize success rate
  • Brief in creatives to internal artists and vendors
  • Ensure timely feedback, revisions and delivery of assets
  • Work with User Acquisition Managers on testing schedules and campaign structures to maximize creative success rate
  • Work with Data Analysts to deliver robust creative reporting
  • Translate complex creative metrics data into actionable insights
  • Share these insights with vendors and internal artists for Creative Ideation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify creative opportunities across various paid and organic channels
  • Support creative production in several countries
  • Demonstrate an interest in global customer insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with user acquisition teams
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design
