Organisational Development Research Intern

Summary

Join Reapra, an organization focused on social-economic change through new forms of entrepreneurship, as an Organisational Development Research Intern. Support the Growth & Wellbeing Team by conducting in-depth research on sustainable finance, wellbeing, and organizational systems. Collaborate on synthesizing research findings and creating resources. Participate in data collection and contribute to written communications for diverse audiences. Assist with meetings and administrative tasks. This internship offers flexibility with hybrid or remote options and a minimum 3-month commitment, with potential renewal. Strong English and one other Asian language (preferably Japanese) communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills
• Aptitude for visual presentation
• The ability to organise large volumes of text and concepts in ways that enable readership across different groups of users
• Strong ability to communicate in English and one other Asian language (preferably Japanese)
• Inquisitive with a reflective mindset and have an interest in collaborating with members from different cultures and disciplines
• Want to understand more about themselves and have a desire for personal growth
• Open to seeing things from a beginner's perspective, and are excited by unconventional ways of learning and doing things

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive academic and practice-based research on topics close to the heart of the company, including but not limited to areas related to sustainable finance, sustainable wellbeing, as well as next-generation organisation systems and practices
• Collaboratively organise and synthesise a variety of discussion and learning notes and resources
• Participate in peer learning and discussions, as well as data collection efforts
• Produce writeups and summaries aimed at communicating with different groups of audience
• Support meetings, events and other administrative tasks
