Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Ventura OS, aligning with our mission
  • Identify market opportunities, build partnerships, and position Ventura OS as a global leader
  • Ensure the software is user-friendly and meets the needs of multi-destination tour operators
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver seamless results
  • Collaborate with Ventura TRAVEL brands to leverage internal synergies
  • Manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources
  • Set KPIs, monitor progress, and drive software growth and adoption
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and deliver exceptional value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the travel and tech industries
  • Proven B2B sales skills and expertise
  • An extensive network in Travel Tech, particularly in the DACH region
