Utilities One. is seeking an OSP Engineer with Vetro Fiber Management experience to work remotely on broadband network projects. The role involves planning, designing, building, and operating the network lifecycle in the Vetro Fiber Management platform, engineering various fiber routes, and determining cable placement paths.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, urban planning)
• A proven experience in Vetro Fiber Management

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build and operate the broadband network lifecycle in the Vetro Fiber Management platform
• Engineer all aerial, underground & inside fiber routes
• Perform all aspects of OSP engineering including but not limited to the engineering of feeder and distribution, F1, F2, line extensions, new service orders, pole replacements, pole loading, facility installations, and make ready
• Determine the best pathway for cable placement and inform the designer of any roadblocks while identifying other utilities that may be in conflict
