Requirements

  • Construction Management experience is required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Experience in field construction and equipment installations
  • Minimum of 4 years of related professional work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams, clients, and vendors
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to be flexible
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, including when to escalate or ask for additional support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Direct activities of the project teamโ€™s execution with a focus on efficiency, quality, and visibility
  • Create and manage leadership visibility aspects of projects such as reporting on budget revisions and project timelines
  • Coordinate project material availability, consumption, and reporting
  • Review new and existing processes for improvement opportunities
  • Anticipate and review resource constraints and demands associated with project execution
  • Serve as point of escalation for all project prioritization and issues

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification (or in process of certification) is a plus
