OTC Sales Trader in Asia

Summary

Gate OTC is seeking an experienced OTC Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves managing OTC trade business globally, acquiring new customers, and providing excellent service to clients. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in sales within the payment/finance/OTC industry, deep understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology, and strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Have a network of customers to support funding on-off ramps and large trades
• At least 3 years of experience in sales within the payment/finance/OTC industry, with rich experience and good performance in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Have a deep understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology
• Possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Perform exceptionally well in fast-paced and competitive trading environments
• Have outstanding analytical abilities and a high level of attention to detail
• Be fluent in Chinese and able to communicate daily in English

Responsibilities

• Expand new trading opportunities and actively seek new customers
• Build a customer network, convert resources in the Asia-Pacific region
• Primarily handle high net worth individual and institutional Chinese clients
• Establish and maintain good relationships, execute and manage OTC trade orders (including fiat on-off ramps and large trades)
• Provide customized trading strategies to clients in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure seamless integration of trade execution and settlement processes, and implement marketing activities
• Attract new customers to expand Gate OTC's trading business
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
