Join CoinsPaid, a leading crypto payment gateway, as an Outbound Sales Manager and drive the sales strategy for your chosen vertical (Travel, Hospitality & Aviation; E-Commerce & Luxury; Fintechs, EMIs, Platforms, PSPs; Gambling, Gaming, Sweepstakes, Casinos; Forex; Adult). This performance-based role demands achieving a 3x ROI within six months. You will be responsible for converting leads into clients, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with various teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of outbound sales or business development experience within the assigned vertical
  • Hands on experience in the assigned vertical for example working for a casino, aviation company etc
  • Strong network and successful track record in securing large accounts
  • High outbound energy, self-starter, and disciplined executor
  • CRM (Salesforce) proficiency and ability to manage structured sales funnels
  • Performance-focused mindset with accountability for revenue generation

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound sales strategy for your vertical
  • Convert leads into active clients, hitting or exceeding 3x ROI benchmark within 6 months
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Customer Success teams to ensure we have the right materials,processes, commercials, product specifications and ongoing support requirements in place specifically for the vertical you are focusing on
