Requirements
- Native German and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Independent and proactive approach to work
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
- Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Meet team KPIs
- Ensure customers' satisfaction
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support
- Experience with CRM systems
