Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
• Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided script
• Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails
• Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM
• Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM
• Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals
• Achieve a minimum of 50 calls/contacts per day
