Summary

Requirements

  • Proven success as an Outbound SDR or in a similar sales development role
  • Strong communication skills β€” both written and verbal
  • Experience using CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • High energy, positivity, and persistence
  • Strong organizational skills and time management discipline

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion within existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional product adoption and increased customer value
  • Understand how customers are currently using our products, where they’re seeing success, and where we can help them do more
  • Ask smart questions, listen actively, and tailor your outreach to provide real value
  • Take initiative

  • Actively seek feedback and apply it

  • Generate high-quality conversations and pipeline opportunities that help our Sales team drive expansion within customer accounts
  • Collaborate with fellow SDRs and Sales partners, sharing insights, asking smart questions, and contributing to our collective success

  • Be creative, strategic, and persistent in unlocking growth in current accounts
  • Own your calendar and focus your energy where it counts
