Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Wholesale Payments' products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking
- Understand clientsβ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of any issues or concerns
- Maintain a solid understanding of the company's product offerings and industry trends to effectively educate and sell to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for new clients
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
