Summary

Join Doorstead as an Owner Sales Coordinator and provide exceptional support to both external customers and internal team members. Manage inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining high service standards to help homeowners sign up for Doorstead’s services. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, implementing processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks, supporting Account Executives, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, or Customer Service, strong analytical and communication skills, a growth mindset, critical thinking abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Sales, Procurement or Customer Service industries
  • Strong analytical skills and communication style
  • Growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to think critically and contribute to the development of scalable processes
  • Strong desire to take ownership, build long-term relationships, and contribute to building a national brand
  • Excellent customer service skills, including proficiency in phone calls, email management, and cross-team collaboration
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including email and SMS triaging, cross-team collaboration, lease generation and leasing prospect management
  • Implement processes, playbooks, and workflows
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and assist in their implementation
  • Support Account Executives in working with homeowners to sign as many up as possible for Doorstead’s services
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, team communications, prospect pipeline
