Summary

We are looking for a Packaging Project Manager to work with our luxury beauty client alongside their Creative Services Team. The role involves managing the packaging creative process from briefing to delivery, optimizing internal processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position operates in a hybrid business model with some onsite work at the client's location in Greenwich Village and remote work.

Requirements

• Experience in managing multiple projects, changing priorities, and prioritizing as required
• Supporting junior team members and managing expectations of senior leaders
• Creation and delivery of gifting and packaging / NPD projects

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging creative process across all stages of development from briefing to concept, execution to delivery
• Lead projects and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Optimize the efficiency of the internal process from a commercial and delivery perspective

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of packaging print process, packing constructions, innovations, and sustainability
• Retail background
