Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Proven track record of achieving campaign goals and exceeding KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize ad targeting and performance
• Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
• Track and analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (a plus!)
• Google Ads certification (preferred)
