Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social & Search

Join LearnWorlds, a leading e-learning platform, as a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid social and search campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization, focusing on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams on campaign launches, providing expert guidance on targeting, creative best practices, and measurement. Leverage data-driven insights to improve key metrics (CPL, CPT, ROAS) and communicate recommendations to stakeholders. Continuously A/B test to enhance campaign performance. Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in B2B an asset (SaaS experience preferred)
- Proven track record of using data and analysis to drive significant improvements in campaign performance (CPL, CPT, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in paid advertising, with deep expertise in at least one major ad platform (e.g., Meta, Google) and a strong enthusiasm for mastering new channels and strategies
- Deep proficiency with Google Analytics 4
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, copy, marketing operations) to launch campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and own the end-to-end management of paid social and paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisition
- Conduct deep performance analysis to move beyond the "what" and uncover the "why" behind performance shifts, identifying root causes and opportunities for growth
- Translate your data-driven insights into actionable, strategic recommendations to improve key metrics (CPL, CPT, ROAS) and clearly communicate these proposals to stakeholders
- Partner with internal "tribe" teams on campaign launches, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, creative best practices, and measurement to ensure success from the start
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Continuously ideate and implement A/B tests for audiences, ad copy, and creatives to drive incremental performance gains
