Join Zipdev's dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will execute campaigns across various platforms, measure performance, identify trends, and optimize spending. Responsibilities include brainstorming growth strategies, planning and executing experiments, and evaluating emerging technologies. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of digital marketing experience, agency experience, and deep knowledge of Google and paid social marketing tactics. Location within LATAM is required. Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Previous agency experience
• Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Professional English language proficiency (C1+)
• Located within LATAM

Responsibilities

• Execute paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
