Summary
Join DEPT® as a Manager of Paid Search, Ecommerce, a remote role based within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role requires at least 4 years of paid search experience, including 2 years with Amazon's platform and 3 years leading client engagements. You will leverage your expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis to drive client performance and provide strategic insights. DEPT® offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k matching, PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave. The salary range is $74,300 - $110,000, depending on experience and location. DEPT® fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ paid search experience
- At least 2 years of experience building paid search campaigns within the Amazon platform
- At least 3 years of experience leading client engagements with a consultative approach, with the intent to grow existing and new business
- Strong level of comfort with advanced functions in Excel and/or Google Sheets functions
- Must possess proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm; demonstrating you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow your knowledge of eCommerce advertising
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Love for working with numbers and uncovering trends
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon, Walmart and Target
- Develop and execute the appropriate account management monitoring and optimization techniques to drive performance toward client targets and budgets
- Quantify and prioritize initiatives that will have the greatest impact on account performance
- Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and high level campaign performance
- Organize large volumes of data for insights and strategic storytelling in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Demonstrate consistent time management skills, namely the ability to balance workload independently and prioritize based on impact & urgency. Hits project deadlines and communicates when it isn’t possible
- Grow a thorough understanding of programmatic and paid search, constantly embodying a “forever student” mentality
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is preferred
