Paid Search Specialist

Summary

Join Envision Horizons as a Paid Search Specialist in 2025! Manage multiple PPC advertising campaigns for various brands, focusing on Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Analyze keywords, optimize campaigns for budget and efficiency, and collaborate with account managers. This fully remote position requires strong analytical skills, Amazon PPC experience, and excellent communication. Candidates must reside in Mexico and work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. The annual salary is $20k-26k USD.

Requirements

• C1-C2 English proficiency
• 1-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon
• Understanding of the relationship between CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate
• Demonstrated ability to implement advertising strategies and identify opportunities to improve account performance
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail
• Comfortable with a fast pace and changing initiatives
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Highly proficient in Excel with experience in vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display advertising campaigns
• Establish, optimize, and track KPIs and budgets for clients
• Audit historical campaign performance and identify performance drivers
• Ensure that client advertising budgets are not exceeded or underspent
• Communicate the monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives
• Collaborate with Account Managers to confirm client PPC objectives
• Stay current with Amazon best practices to ensure our clients are leveraging the latest strategies
