Responsibilities

• Manage the legal drafting process by drafting legal language to fit customer requirements and preparing necessary documents
• Prepare required documents, which will then be checked by your manager before it is shared with the client
• Receive requests from users and leads, answering questions about services and Codekeeper account management
• Handle customer requests quickly and correctly, ensuring a full-service experience
• Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and Codekeeper, ensuring correct administration
• Work with leads, answering questions and guiding them about Codekeeper services via email and website chat
• Draft reports based on customer-provided information and send them back to the clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
• Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
