Summary
Join Codekeeper and become a pivotal member of the Customer Success team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a bridge between the company and its clients. This multifaceted role involves managing customer success, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support on legal matters. You will handle customer requests, manage the legal drafting process, support tech setup, assist with sales inquiries, and draft reports. The ideal candidate possesses familiarity with LegalTech concepts, proficiency in drafting legal documents, and experience in customer success or a similar role. Requirements
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the legal drafting process by drafting legal language to fit customer requirements and preparing necessary documents
- Prepare required documents, which will then be checked by your manager before it is shared with the client
- Receive requests from users and leads, answering questions about services and Codekeeper account management
- Handle customer requests quickly and correctly, ensuring a full-service experience
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and Codekeeper, ensuring correct administration
- Work with leads, answering questions and guiding them about Codekeeper services via email and website chat
- Draft reports based on customer-provided information and send them back to the clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
