Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting, with proficiency in at least two areas of law
• Tech-savvy, skilled in Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based practice management tools (e.g., Clio)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable with remote work and have your own Windows laptop and smartphone with internet access
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of recent paralegal experience
• 3+ years working remotely
• Proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Quiet location for phone calls

Responsibilities

• Operate independently while providing paralegal support
• Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am and 6 pm PT or MT
• Work from home, with the flexibility to work 20-40 hours per week
• Assist in at least two areas of law
