Summary

The job is for a Paralegal position offering remote work in Latin America. The employee will handle legal documents, conduct research, assist attorneys, communicate with clients, manage calendars, maintain case files, adhere to deadlines, and support attorneys. A Bachelor’s degree in Law or current law school attendance is required, with 1-2 years of paralegal experience preferred.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently in Law School
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience
• Practice Areas: Familiarity with specific practice areas
• Technology Skills: Comfortable using technology tools for communication, document management, and research
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legal Ethics: Understand and adhere to legal ethics and confidentiality requirements
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
