Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience as a paralegal or contracts manager at law firms and/or in-house

Responsibilities

• Proactively support a team of global attorneys (US and EU based) and other departments on all day-to-day legal matters
• General legal and administration support (including, but not limited to, mailings and filings, intake of legal mail and business queries, signatory management and any ad hoc administrative requests or queries)
• Oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts; maintain contract records; ensure they are executed as necessary; and manage legal technology solutions
• Monitor and manage inquiries from the business to the legal team, and ensure timely responses by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Draft, process, and/or review basic legal and other documents
• Self-manage and prioritize work tasks and projects and maintain company tools, resources, databases, and processes in order to improve efficiency
• Manage the intake and response process, with attorney support, for Government and law enforcement inquiries
• Provide attorneys with litigation support (including, but not limited to, tracking a variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters, responding to subpoenas and other legal processes, and assisting with discovery)
• Act as point of contact for all company secretarial matters, and liaise with and manage external company secretarial support across multiple jurisdictions
