As a Client Support team member, you will focus on onboarding, training, and support for fund managers and their limited partners. You will be responsible for streamlining the investor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This involves identifying applicable questions in legal documents, structuring information for the company's software, and communicating effectively with the team. Responsibilities
- Identify which questions in legal documents are applicable to individuals or to entities (and what the relevant logic is)
- Understand how to take that information and structure it into Passthroughโs software (donโt worry, weโll teach you how)
- Communicate with the team on whatโs working and what isnโt in case we need to make tweaks to the software or clarify with the client
- Ensure that from logic to grammar to the ordering of questions that the final version is consumer-grade
Preferred Qualifications
Have prior legal experience in the alternative investment space (i.e. venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, etc)
