Summary
Join Deel as a Partner Events Manager and lead event execution for Core and Emerging Partners. Manage a diverse portfolio of global co-branded and partner-led events. Work cross-functionally with partner marketing, field event marketing, and sales to amplify partner value and generate demand. Track event success, analyze lead flow, and optimize for higher impact. Manage booth logistics, partner branding, and attendee experiences. Build scalable templates and toolkits to streamline partner engagement across regions and event types. Ensure Deel maintains a strong presence with emerging partners globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably with a focus on partner or co-marketing events
- Experience executing regional or vertical-specific events in partnership with technology or ecosystem partners
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority and build trust quickly
- Comfortable with data - able to measure impact and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for event execution (30β40%)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Deelβs presence at regional and ecosystem-specific partner events, including co-hosted roundtables, networking receptions, and mid-tier conference activations
- Work closely with partner marketing, partner sales, field marketing, and the broader events team to align event goals, messaging, and execution with business priorities
- Track event success, analyze lead flow and influence pipeline, and continuously optimize for higher impact
- Manage booth logistics, partner branding, speaking submissions, hosted activations, and attendee experiences
- Build scalable templates and toolkits that streamline how we show up with partners across regions and event types
- Ensure Deel maintains a strong, consistent presence with emerging partners globally and other supported markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working at a SaaS or HR tech company with a co-selling and referral ecosystem
- Familiarity with partner marketing programs or co-selling motions
- Experience working with emerging tech alliances, marketplaces, or ISVs
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Swoogo tools
