Summary

Join Talon.One as a Technology Partnerships Manager and become the key contact for technology partners across North America. You will drive joint revenue opportunities, marketing, and sales enablement. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align value propositions with customer needs. This remote role requires you to be near Boston or New York. Manage and grow commercial technology partnerships, develop GTM strategies, lead QBRs, and own onboarding for new partners. You will collaborate with sales teams, build enablement plans, track partner performance, and represent Talon.One at events.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, partner sales, or alliances in SaaS, preferably in martech or ecommerce
  • Proven track record of managing GTM motions and co-selling with partner sales teams
  • Experience working in a sales-aligned partnership role for enterprise software
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to engage partners across functions and levels
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Based in Boston or New York with willingness to travel for events and partner engagements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow commercial technology partnerships across North America
  • Develop GTM strategies that include co-selling, field alignment, joint campaigns, and events
  • Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint executive alignment, and overall engagement
  • Own onboarding, activation, and success plans for new regional tech partners
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to support pipeline generation
  • Help build and execute broad and deep enablement plans and strategies driving adoption of Talon.One
  • Track and report on partner performance, revenue influence, and pipeline contribution
  • Represent Talon.One at ecosystem events, conferences, and partner activations
