Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage numerous projects and customers simultaneously
  • Self-Motivation: Competitive and diligent self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry Passion: Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry is a must
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Squarespace, Airtable, or FreshDesk is a plus
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems quickly and pivot with ease
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Support restaurant and F&B merchant partners in the management of their programs, providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Lifecycle Support: Assist partners throughout their lifecycle after handoff from the Sales team, ensuring smooth transitions and continued success
  • Service Delivery: Support Senior Partner Managers in delivering tailored, effective levels of service to partners, addressing their unique needs and challenges
  • Customer Support: Utilize FreshDesk to respond to end customer inquiries, providing timely and excellent customer service
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and solve problems, demonstrating the ability to pivot with ease in a fast-paced, small-team environment
