The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in partner management, a proven track record of revenue generation through partnerships, and strong operational and communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with 5 years working with partners
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy: Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan for NICE’s focus partners in Central and Latin America, plan will include demand generation, marketing events and campaigns, and executive alignment
  • Joint Pipeline Execution: Oversee opportunity generation and registration following NICE and Partner defined Rules of Engagement
  • Partner Sales: Manage existing opportunities through end-to-end sales cycle working closely with partner(s), client and NICE sales team to ensure high win percentage
  • Lifecyle Management: Support partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, enablement, GTM strategy, and success
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure partner growth and success

Software Sales experience preferably with Partners
