Summary

Join Papaya as a Partner Success Specialist and manage relationships with partners, starting from onboarding and increasing their value. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, handling inquiries, and managing relationships. You will also identify and improve processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and help improve Papaya’s internal processes. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand people's needs, and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. The position is open to remote candidates in specific US states. Papaya offers a competitive salary and a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years experience working on a Customer Success team
  • Are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally
  • Intuitively understand people’s needs and have a strong track record identifying ways to proactively increase productivity and results
  • Are a quick learner and thrive in an ever-changing startup environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new partners. When our Sales team closes a deal, you will be responsible for making sure a new partner is properly onboarded. That means understanding a partner’s business in great detail and working with product and engineering teams to set up technical configurations internally
  • Handling partner inquiries + relationship management. You will need to be able to quickly respond and triage partner questions + escalations on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for training partners on Papaya tools/systems, conducting strategic business reviews, sending engagement emails, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with our sales and marketing teams
  • Identify Process + Policy Improvements . You will help improve Papaya’s internal processes to make partner relationship management more efficient. You will make recommendations on how to improve partner relationship management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. In addition to the entire Operations team, this person will be working with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to ensure the Operations team is consistently delivering high quality and top-notch service. We are actively launching new product offerings, closing new deals, and improving all facets of our service which requires constant communication with other departments

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000/year
