Partner Support Manager

Summary

Join Quandoo, a rapidly growing international company transforming the world's dining-out experiences, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for restaurants and guests, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. This role involves supporting partner topics across various markets, interfacing with internal departments, and maintaining the internal customer database. The ideal candidate is communicative, innovative, and solution-oriented, with strong English fluency and ideally some customer service experience. Responsibilities

• Be the contact person for our restaurants and guests and support them with their questions and concerns (by phone, email and live chat)
• Actively work on partner support topics in the UK and in our other markets if you speak another language
• As a customer service representative, form an interface between various internal departments, restaurant partners and the field service
• Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Speak any of the following languages: Dutch, Finnish, German, Turkish
• Have some professional experience in the areas of existing customer service, hotel or catering
