Join Quandoo, a leading restaurant reservation platform, as a Customer Success - Partner Support Specialist! You will be the voice of Quandoo, supporting restaurants and guests in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through phone, email, and live chat. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, restaurant partners, and field staff, maintaining the internal customer database (Salesforce). This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for our restaurants and guests, supporting them with their questions and concerns (by phone, email, and live chat)
• Actively work on partner support topics in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• As a customer service representative, you will form an interface between various internal departments, restaurant partners, and the field service
• Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience from the areas of existing customer support, hotel industry or gastronomy
