Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnership marketing, sales support, or account management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industries
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Regularly track and analyze market trends, sponsorship deals, competitor activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and inform partnership priorities and efforts
  • Generate target lists, assist with account segmentation, and identify new business opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain, organize, and update the CRM system and sales tools, ensuring all sales opportunities and partnership progress are documented and tracked
  • Support the creation of sales materials and collateral tailored to potential partners’ needs and aligned with marketplace trends and emerging consumer demands
  • Assist the Director, Partnership Marketing with regular updates and reports on partnership status, progress toward revenue goals, and upcoming sales opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Partnerships Officer and work closely with the entire Partnerships team including the sub teams of sales and partnership activation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an athlete or familiarity with the sports industry is a plus, though not required
  • Ability to travel to market occasionally for partnership activations as needed
