Summary
Join SheerID's Brand & Content team as a Marketing Coordinator and contribute to our brand transformation. You will play a key role in shaping customer perception, managing diverse projects (copywriting, Wordpress page building, project management), and collaborating with various teams. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage the team's Asana board, and maintain a pulse on brand and content trends. This role requires strong project management, copywriting, and Wordpress skills. Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar with job functions aligned to copywriting and project management
- Solid understanding of the creative process, operations, and Asana
- Experience leading the project management of complex initiatives from concept to completion
- Experience writing short-form, engaging content
- A solid understanding of Wordpress templates with experience building web pages
- An understanding of brand principles and positioning
- Experience with social media management
- Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with an ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copywriters to edit and write long-form content including blogs, web pages, and collateral
- Develop creative, short-form copy for advertising and social campaigns that will resonate with our ICP
- Lead the project management of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives from concept to completion using our Creative Ops framework
- In collaboration with the Creative Director, manage the Brand & Content teamβs Asana board including weekly team standups
- Use existing templates and functionality to build Wordpress pages, incorporating design and copy assets
- Partner with copywriters, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on-brief and consistent with the brand voice and tone
- In partnership with the Brand Communications Manager, manage our social media channels and schedule posts
- Maintain a curiosity for brand & content trends, keeping a pulse on new tools and technology while proactively advocating for ideas that are on the cutting edge of SaaS and Martech
