Requirements

  • Experience with working with multiple channel Partners and understanding customer mindsets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write content effectively
  • Experience of using analytics and reporting to measure campaign results and action optimisations
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels (in particular LinkedIn)
  • Able to work on several projects at the same time and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong influencing skills, numerate, analytic skills, and a commercial mindset
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Team player with an eye for detail
  • Experienced with Microsoft office

Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver partner marketing and engagement campaigns across offline and online channels
  • Lead and support the implementation of joint marketing plans and campaigns with partners, aiming to meet activation and utilisation targets
  • Drive awareness of our services through the development and optimisation of a rolling content and engagement calendar for our partners
  • Form working relationships with our partners, understand their needs, and execute a plan which supports joint objectives
  • Work with the marketing team to execute an engagement plan aimed at growing our patient base within the partner
  • Work with the content team to maintain an updated set of digital and offline assets, including presentation decks, welcome and information packs, service summaries and images
  • Provide ongoing reactive sales and marketing support to our external partner marketing, HR and/or corporate teams
  • Collaborate with the Partnership team to meet overall DCA objectives
  • Represent the company at partner events, benefits fairs, and exhibitions alongside the Partnership team
  • Assist with the measurement of KPI’s for partner marketing initiatives and communications
  • The continuous analysis of campaign performance and development of optimisation strategies
  • An ongoing commitment to auditing and improving marketing data quality for partner reporting and utilisation

Preferred Qualifications

Good general business acumen (preferable experience in data-rich analysis-driven organizations)
